Orthopedic massage is a type of injury rehabilitation that focuses on the muscles and soft tissues surrounding joints. The aim of orthopedic massage is to relieve pain while restoring balance to the tissues and creating a fuller range of motion.

In this interactive hands-on BASIC Introductory class, you will learn:

1. Description of the Modality

2. Account of its historical development

3. Benefits & Contraindications

4. Specific techniques for basic training

• Please wear comfortable flexible clothing.

• Certificates of completion will be issued at the end of the class.

• You Do NOT need to bring a table, we have plenty!
