Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) focuses on the treatment of soft tissue injuries and chronic pain. It involves the application of sustained pressure to specific points in the muscles to release areas of tension and trigger points. NMT can be used to treat a wide range of conditions including low back pain, neck pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, sports injuries and can be used to improve posture and enhance athletic performance.

In this interactive hands-on BASIC Introductory class, you will learn:

1. Description of the Modality

2. Account of its historical development

3. Benefits & Contraindications

4. Specific techniques for basic training

Please wear comfortable flexible clothing.

Certificates of completion will be issued at the end of the class.

You Do NOT need to bring a table, we have plenty!
