Structural integration and deep tissue massage therapy is a specialized form of massage aimed at realigning the body's connective tissues and muscles to improve posture, flexibility, and overall well-being. By applying sustained pressure and slow strokes, therapists work on releasing tension and adhesions in deeper layers of muscle and fascia. This technique aims to restore balance and alignment within the body, addressing chronic pain, improving range of motion, and enhancing body awareness. Benefits include reduced pain and stiffness, improved posture, increased flexibility, and enhanced relaxation.
