Bio: Doctor Zappy is a Chiropractor. He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition, Board Certification in Physiotherapy, Certifications in ART, SFMA, FMS, Anatomy Trains, T=R, R2P, and RotA in addition to his Doctorate. He is the owner of The Wellness Institute of Chester County, a local Massage Therapy School, and has worked in the Massage Therapy field since he was in High School.

What to Bring: Loose clothes that are easily removable or that easily expose the surface of the skin. A set of sheets (flat, fitted, and a pillowcase).

What you will learn: In this course you will learn the theory and practice of discovering and effectively treating Trigger Points. You will learn how to identify a Trigger Point versus Scar Tissue or a Fascial Adhesion. Not all “knots” are Trigger Points! What makes a Trigger Point unique? And how can you use this information to better apply your techniques for their removal. You’ll also learn specialized techniques specific for treating Trigger Points so that you can really amaze your clients when they get off the table. Everyone will be sending you their referrals after you take this course. 

In all of Dr. Zappy’s classes, you will go beyond the basic “technique” and learn how to properly perform a modality, but more importantly, you will learn if that modality is “Clinically Relevant” to your patient/client’s condition. If you have not taken one of his classes before or have not experienced his teaching style in our classroom, we suggest that you try one out.
