Course Description:

This dynamic workshop empowers therapists like you with the knowledge and skills to create profound connections and transformative experiences for your clients. Discover how to harness the innate wisdom of the body from within in combination with the art of hands-on touch techniques. Learn practical strategies and proven methods to harmoniously integrate somatic principles into your therapeutic approach, unlocking a new realm of healing potential.
In Grounding, the emphasis is on the experience of proprioceptive rooting for balance and stability. Handles are explored around feet, legs, and hips and their interconnection with the rest of the body.

What to bring:

Somatic Mindfulness workshops are approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB #311) for continuing education and are also sponsored by NCBTMB to teach New York LMTs continuing education that is accepted by the state of New York for license renewal.
