WHAT YOU WILL LEARN: Participants will learn to build a sustainable, long-lasting practice by focusing on holistic self-care, energetic hygiene, and trauma-informed boundaries. Through structured reflection, group dialogue, physical demonstrations, and practitioner rituals, attendees will leave with a personalized wellness strategy and a clear understanding of how to protect their emotional, physical, and energetic well-being within their clinical practice.
